Before the shoot
Make every room camera-ready before the photographer arrives.
The photographer is not responsible for cleaning, organizing, or removing items from the property prior to the scheduled photo shoot. The property should be fully prepared and photo-ready before the photographer's arrival to ensure the best possible results and efficient use of scheduled time.
Property Damage Liability
The Photographer shall exercise reasonable care while on the property; however, the Photographer is not responsible for accidental damage to the property, furnishings, decorations, landscaping, or personal items during the course of the photo shoot, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
The Client agrees to secure fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to the scheduled appointment. The Photographer shall not be held liable for normal movement within the property required to perform photography or media services.
By scheduling services, the Client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
- Clear counters, nightstands, desks and visible clutter.
- Turn on all lights and replace burned-out bulbs.
- Open blinds and remove personal items where possible.
- Move cars from the driveway and front curb.
- Hide hoses, bins, tools and pool-cleaning equipment.
- Schedule lawn, pool and patio cleanup before the shoot.
- Share gate codes, lockbox details and parking notes.
- Confirm pets are secured before the appointment window.
- Let the photographer know about must-capture features.

Most standard photo galleries are delivered within 24-48 hours after the shoot. Larger media bundles may take longer depending on 3D walkthrough and add-on needs.
Can I add drone, 3D walkthroughs or floor plans later?
Yes. Add-ons can be selected during booking, or requested before the shoot if the property needs more coverage.
What happens after I request a shoot?
Your booking request is sent with the package, property details and preferred 3-hour time block. Availability is confirmed before final scheduling and payment.
Do you photograph vacation rentals?
Yes. Vacation rental shoots can emphasize amenities, guest experience, outdoor spaces and neighborhood context for listing platforms.
